Once you have submitted your contact form, your information will be passed on to an experienced specialist. They will review your request and familiarize themselves with your home via online assets such as Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia. This allows us to have more fluid opening conversations by having access to images of the property from past real estate listings. If discussing a TV over a fireplace or speakers on the patio, for example, an image (when available) speaks 1000 words.

Typically, if you submit your contact form during business hours we will reply the same day. In some cases due to workload, we will send an email outlining our intentions to reach back to you the following business day including a morning, mid-day, or evening timeframe for the opening call.

From this point forward you will you will have a direct phone number, and email to your point of contact that will be with you through the rest of the process. This person will be your System Designer, Sales Person, Project Manager, Programmer, Lead Installer, and Educator all wrapped into one. There is NO "the salesperson said this, or the installer did that" like at a big box store...

After a short but detailed opening phone conversation, you will have an In-Home Consultation scheduled at a time convenient to you. During this appointment, we will cover all options in detail and take any necessary measurements. Your specialist will give you a timeframe to design the system and prepare estimates.

You will receive a detailed outline and proposal via email a short time later along with a follow-up call to discuss the details. Revisions can be made at any time before any special order parts are acquired.

As everyone agrees on the details a deposit to secure parts and equipment will be required and parts will be inventoried and an installation date(s) will be scheduled.

Services will be completed and the final balance will be due at completion.
